Who do we serve? 

Churches, clubs, sports teams, schools, day care, businesses, organizations, seniors, home owners associations.

How do we raise funds for our group?

You simple sell certificates for an 8 x 10 family portrait (one per family) for $20.  You assign two or three co-ordinators to sell portraits.  Your organization keeps half of all amounts raised plus 10% of all portraits purchased beyond the first one.  They also receive their own portraits for free.

Location

Your photography session can be held at any location you choose.  We need a room with an open space with electrical outlets for our professional equipment of at least 20x12 with no posts.

Certificates

How many do we need to sell?  You need to sell 50.  They do not all need to be part of your organization.  You can sell them to the community at large.  This may be beneficial to those looking to expand their group.

How do we choose date for portrait taking and pickup?

Choose a date with us 4-6 weeks minimum from when you begin your fundraiser.  Photos will be ready in two weeks at the same location.  We will schedule both dates with you when we begin.  In some cases, we may be able to rush photos for those leaving to return from vacation.

Can pets be photographed with the family?

Yes, but we will have to schedule a pet time as some other people may have allergies.

Children

Can children alone be photographed?  Yes, but it will be in addition to the family portrait.

Will Additional Portraits be expensive?

Of course our photographers need to be paid and the incentive is more photographs but the cost will be quite reasonable for professional photos.
