Importance of officiant
eg. judge, minister, chaplain, rabbi, justice of the peace are usually safe bets
Can I use my own officiant?
Can I use my own photographer? muscian?
Can I have a lit candle?
What floral decorations are allowed?
Is there parking?

Assigning Tasks
Is the bridal party member or person assigned a task

Assign a person to look after guests arriving/leaving/written directions
